1 Contractor and price

Tariffs for the billing month: Start - 9,800 rubles and 1,000 credits; Team - 19,800 rubles and 5,000 credits; Department - 29,800 rubles and 10,000 credits. Package of 1,000 additional credits - 5,000 rubles. Pilot 30 days - 19,800 rubles. Before payment, the total amount, composition, period and start date of access are displayed. 2 How to pay

An individual pays for the order in a secure acquiring form [НАИМЕНОВАНИЕ_ЭКВАЙРИНГА], terms and conditions of the payment provider [URL_ЭКВАЙРИНГА]. An organization or individual entrepreneur can receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer. Card details do not need to be sent to support or uploaded with the supplier quote. For payments for which this is required by law, an electronic cash receipt is sent to the provided email or telephone number.

Access is activated after confirmation of payment within the disclosed period, usually no later than one business day. The paid period is calculated from activation. An unpaid new period does not begin. According to this edition, automatic renewal with debit from the card does not apply; The repeat payment is made by the client himself.

3 Refusal and application

You can cancel the next period without paying for it. To terminate the current period or return, please send your order number or account email, the date and amount of payment and your request to info@buyora.ai. For the organization, please also indicate the name and TIN. If necessary, we will request minimum information to verify return eligibility. A passport and full card details are not required for a regular application.

Text of the statement: “I ask you to terminate the services of Buyora.ai for the order [НОМЕР_ЗАКАЗА] with [ДАТА] and return the amount due. Payment [ДАТА_СУММА]. Account [EMAIL]. Please send the calculation and response to [КОНТАКТ].” For a deficiency requirement, you can describe the problem; there is no requirement to explain the reason for a normal refusal.

4 Calculation and timing

For an organization or individual entrepreneur in business relations, the calculation according to the offer is applied: the unexpired part of the subscription by calendar days, the unused part of additional loan packages. Refunds are made within ten working days after receiving the required information.

The consumer has the right to refuse services at any time. Only actual expenses permissible by law for a specific contract, confirmed by the Contractor, are withheld; Fixed penalties for refusal do not apply. More favorable terms of the offer remain. The return to the consumer is made according to the contractual rule no later than ten calendar days from the request, with priority given to mandatory deadlines and legal guarantees. Granting access to or spending a portion of the credits does not automatically render the entire balance non-refundable.

Refunds are usually sent via the same method the payment was received. If this is not possible, secure details of the recipient will be agreed upon. Erroneous and repeated charges are checked and returned without re-payment for services. In case of deficiencies, the requirements provided for by law remain, and the choice of court by the consumer is not limited to the location of the Contractor.

5 Auto payments and data

If auto payments are introduced separately, their activation requires separate conditions and expression of will. Refusal to use previously provided details is also accepted electronically by info@buyora.ai; After refusal, they cannot be used for periodic payments. Consent to the processing of personal data does not allow you to write off money.

Documents can be uploaded to an agreed window after access is terminated, taking into account the legal deadlines for deleting personal data. Return and termination of subscription do not cancel the right to separately withdraw consent to advertising or apply for data processing.
