Operations on personal data
4.1. The Subject consents to the following operations on personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to persons engaged by the Operator to process data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
4.2. Processing uses both automated and non-automated means. A form enquiry is first stored in a database on a server in Russia. The Data Subject also consents to the delivery of a copy (name, company, contact details, message, language and submission time) to the Operator through a Telegram bot. This third-party messenger’s infrastructure may be outside Russia; cross-border transfers are subject to Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Validity period and withdrawal procedure
5.1. Consent is valid from the time it is given until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than 1 year from the Subject’s last contact with the Operator, if no contract for use of the service is entered into during that period. If a contract is entered into, data is processed for its duration and for 3 years after termination.
5.2. The Data Subject may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@buyora.ai with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”, or by submitting the Website’s form with the same wording in the message. Include the name and contact details previously provided to the Operator.
5.3. The Operator stops processing and destroys personal data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except where processing may continue on other grounds provided by law.

6.1. This consent does not include consent to receive advertising mailings. The Operator sends the Subject only messages related to their request and contract negotiations.
6.2. Consent to advertising messages about Buyora is provided separately in an express message from the Data Subject. It may be withdrawn at any time using the method in clause 5.2.
